1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Service Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Passenger”, or “You”) and Elite Safe Ride LLC (“Elite Safe Ride”, “Company”, “We”, or “Us”).

By accessing or using our website, booking platform, mobile web application, driver services, or any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Service Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any supplemental policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree to these Service Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

2. Description of Services

Elite Safe Ride LLC provides professional chauffeured transportation services, including but not limited to:

Services are currently offered primarily throughout South Florida. Availability may vary by location, time, and demand.

Our standard service vehicle is a black SUV with up to seven (7) passenger seats, unless otherwise specified.

Any fare quoted prior to a trip is an estimate only, based on the information provided at the time of booking.

Final pricing may vary due to:

Included Wait Time: Each reservation includes up to 15 minutes of complimentary wait time. Additional wait time may result in additional charges.

5. Bookings, Changes & Cancellations

All rides must be scheduled through our website or authorized booking channels.

6. Payment Terms

By submitting payment, you authorize Elite Safe Ride LLC to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

Refunds are processed using the original payment method and may take 3–7 business days.

8. Driver Conduct & Passenger Conduct

Drivers are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times. Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and safely.

Elite Safe Ride LLC reserves the right to refuse service, terminate rides, or suspend accounts due to unsafe, abusive, illegal, or disruptive behavior.

9. GPS, Live Tracking & ETAs

Our Services may include live vehicle tracking, GPS data, and estimated arrival times (“ETAs”).

ETAs are estimates only and may be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, or other factors beyond our control.

10. Communications, Calls & Messages

We may communicate with you via SMS, phone calls, or in-app messages for operational, safety, or support purposes.

Calls or messages between drivers and passengers may be routed through proxy numbers and may be monitored or recorded where legally permitted.

11. Ratings, Reviews & Feedback

Passengers may be invited to rate and review drivers and services. Reviews must be truthful and respectful.

Elite Safe Ride LLC reserves the right to remove or moderate reviews at its discretion.

12. Lost & Found

Elite Safe Ride LLC is not responsible for items left in vehicles. Reasonable efforts may be made to assist in recovery, but recovery is not guaranteed.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Safe Ride LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elite Safe Ride LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

16. Modifications

Elite Safe Ride LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
