**1. Acceptance of Terms**  
By using our ride services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

THESE TERMS OF ELITE SAFE RIDE LLC (“Service Terms”) ARE A LEGAL AND BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND ELITE SAFE RIDE LLC governing your use of the services (“Services”) offered by ELITE SAFE RIDE LLC

Please review these Service Terms fully before you use the Services. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Service Terms. These additional terms include (without limitation) the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Service Terms, you are directed to discontinue using the Services. ELITE SAFE RIDE LLC reserves the right to change or supplement these Service Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued access or use of the Service Terms after such changes or supplements indicates your acceptance of the Terms as changed or supplemented. It is your responsibility to review these Service Terms regularly. These Service Terms were last updated on May 1, 2025.

*2. Service Description**  
We provide ride services throughout South Florida. Our services include transportation to designated locations.

*3. User Responsibilities*
- Users must provide accurate information when booking a ride.
- Users must adhere to local laws and regulations during the duration of the ride.
- Users must respect the vehicle and the driver.
*4 RATE ESTIMATE*
The rate quoted, prior to your trip, is an estimate based on the information you provided at the time of the reservation. Fees for waiting time, and additional stops are not included in the estimate and will increase your rate.
WAIT TIME
15 minute wait time is included in every Elite Ride reservation.

**5. Booking and Cancellations**  
- Users can book rides through our  website.
- Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up may incur a cancellation fee.

**6. Payment**  
- Payment is due at the booking time.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and digital wallets.
- Prices is based distance based.

*7.  *Service type* Our company offer a black SUV car with 7 seats.

*8. Governing Law**  
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

    *Refund Policy*

**1. Refund Eligibility**  
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

- A ride is canceled by the company.

- A ride is significantly delayed (more than 30 minutes) without prior notice.

• Cancellation due to vehicule incident or emergency.

- Cancellations made with 1 hours or more of the trip time are elegible for 100% refund.

• No-show or missed  rides will be charge with 30% of the service booked.

•Cancellations made by user within less 2 hour or 30 minutes of the ride will be charge with 15% of  the service booked.

These fees go towards compensating your driver for their time and gas.

**2. Refund Process**  
- To initiate a refund, users must contact our customer service through elitesaferides.com.
- Refund requests must include the ride details, no cancellation reason is required.


**3. Refund Method**  
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial transaction and may take 3-7 business days to reflect in the user’s account.

**5. Changes to Refund Policy**  
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through website.

*Providing Customer Support*
We work hard to provide the best experience possible, including supporting you when you need it. To do this, we use your personal information to:

Investigate and assist in resolving questions or issues regarding the Elite Safe Rides Platform; and
Provide support or respond to requests and issues.

*How We Disclose Your Information*
For legal Reasons and to Protect the Elite Safe Rides Platform

We may disclose your personal information in response to a legal obligation, or if we have determined that disclosing your personal information is reasonably necessary or appropriate to:

Comply with any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation, civil, criminal or regulatory inquiry, investigation or legal process, enforceable governmental request, or requirement as condition to operate (e.g., operating permit, license or agreement);
Respond to legal process (such as a search warrant, subpoena, summons, or court order);
Enforce our Terms of Service;
Cooperate with law enforcement agencies concerning conduct or activity that we reasonably and in good faith believe may violate federal, state, or local law; or
Exercise or defend legal claims, protect against harm to our rights,  property, interests, or safety or the rights, property, interests, or safety of you, third parties, or the public as required or permitted by law.
